Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all included accessories.

Products that show signs of use, damage, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Refunds are issued based on the original order value.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence (such as photos). We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be processed.

Shipping Costs
